An auto supply project is pumping another $12 million into Athens.

KC Logistics is coming to Athens and plans to hire 100 employees.

On Monday, the Athens City Council approved selling 12.65 acres, located at 116 Durham Drive for $250,000 to the company.

KC Logistics will transport seats from auto supplier TBAKI to Mazda Toyota Manufacturing.

Limestone County Economic Development Association President & CEO Bethany Shockney said the company will announce details later.
