Buffalo, WV — KC Logistics proudly marked a major milestone this month with the grand opening of its newly completed operations terminal in Buffalo, West Virginia. The ribbon-cutting event drew state and local leaders as well as community members to celebrate the company’s continued investment in the region.

The new facility represents a $4.5 million investment by KC Logistics and sits on nearly five acres of land. Designed to support robust fleet operations, the site features a four-bay maintenance area, a concrete parking lot, and a 9,500-square-foot building dedicated to dispatch operations. This advanced setup substantially expands the company’s capability to perform full-service maintenance — from preventative work to complete tractor-trailer overhauls, directly on site.

“This facility will change the way we support our fleet,” said Jon Dieckman, President of KC Logistics. “From preventive maintenance to full tractor-trailer overhaul, we’re now able to provide a level of service that simply wasn’t possible at our previous location.”

The terminal replaces an older site less than a half-mile away that had limited space and infrastructure. With this new facility, KC Logistics is better positioned to support its customers — including serving as a key inbound carrier for Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia — and expand operations across other states such as Indiana, Alabama, and Mississippi.

In support of ongoing growth, the company anticipates hiring an additional six to ten mechanics in the near future and continues its search for skilled drivers

KC Logistics thanks all the officials and partners who joined in celebrating this exciting moment and looks forward to serving the Buffalo community and its customers for years to come.
